Quality Supervisor

Your tasks

  • Manage the customer claims and ensure the claims closed in time;
  • Customer communication interface when escalation from engineer level;
  • Lead internal problem solving process and ensure all actions are implemented effectively, timely escalation if needed;
  • Perform and join related audits( internal and external), define, coordinate and verify corrective actions
  • Prepare and review the related quality KPI regularly;
  • Manage and coach the quality team to get growth and knowledge to optimize work result;
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Your Profile

  • Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving like 8D, Ishikawa, 5whys;
  • Be good at on the data collection and data analysis;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality tools, e.g; PPAP,MSA,SPC, Control plan and FMEA;
  • Good communication skill with internal and external;
  • IATF 16949 certified internal auditor & VDA6.3 certification will be better;
  • Electronic parts working experience will be better.
