Quality Supervisor

- Manage the customer claims and ensure the claims closed in time;
- Customer communication interface when escalation from engineer level;
- Lead internal problem solving process and ensure all actions are implemented effectively, timely escalation if needed;
- Perform and join related audits( internal and external), define, coordinate and verify corrective actions
- Prepare and review the related quality KPI regularly;
- Manage and coach the quality team to get growth and knowledge to optimize work result;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Your Profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving like 8D, Ishikawa, 5whys;
- Be good at on the data collection and data analysis;
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality tools, e.g; PPAP,MSA,SPC, Control plan and FMEA;
- Good communication skill with internal and external;
- IATF 16949 certified internal auditor & VDA6.3 certification will be better;
- Electronic parts working experience will be better.
