Shift Leader (m/f/d)

- Responsible for shift management, three-shift work schedule
- Management and supervision of subordinate employees
- Efficient coordination of shift work, supervision of work processes
- Managing production during your shift, ensuring that work instructions are followed and enforced
- Compliance with and enforcement of work and fire safety instructions
- Capacity planning (staff, operating materials)
- Contingency planning in case of staff absences
- Monitoring order and cleanliness (5S)
- Monitoring and managing operational performance indicators
- Inventory administration
- Maintaining ongoing customer relations
- Conducting discussions with employees in the event of disciplinary issues in order to reach decision agreements
- Assisting and supporting the plant manager in the planning process
Your Profile
- Minimum secondary education
- Intermediate level of English language skills with good communication skills
- Leadership skills and experience. High level of independence, decisiveness
- Precision, accuracy, good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Confident computer skills – on user level
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work multiple shifts
- Advantage: Experience gained at an automotive company
