Your Job Specification

  • Ensuring the timely, cost and quality-compliant application of electronics for electric drives in different complete systems
  • Development of electronics at the system level with high technical requirements and novelty in international projects
  • Definition and implementation of modular strategies in an international environment
  • Is a project team member in development meetings and represents application topics on his own responsibility
  • Checking the technical requirements of the customer and deriving the requirements and documentation in the System Requirements Specification and Component Requirement Specification
  • Development of the system design with a focus on electronics and creation of appropriate documentation
  • Technical contact person for electronics to customers; Negotiate and enforce the Brose's interests with the customer
  • Specifications for commissioning and troubleshooting electronics
  • Relevant definition of technical concepts from the quotation phase
  • Lead of task forces according to a common method
  • Performing system tests, creating the documentation, discussing the results with the HW / SW
  • Development and creation of functional optimizations
  • Creation and implementation of presentations on application topics for internal and external use
  • As project manager responsible for the management of development projects (primarily I projects)

Your Profile

  • Completed technical studies with up to 4 years of regular study duration and experience of 8 to 12 years
  • Field of study: Electrical engineering or similar knowledge and skills acquired in other ways
  • Good knowledge of mechatronic systems
  • Good knowledge of problem-solving methods (eg SixSigma)
