Technical Expert Open Source Databases

Your tasks

  • Implementation and Configuration of Open-Source Database Services based on defined Architecture standards.
  • Operates Open-Source databases on Premise or in the cloud. Performs and organize patch cycles, deep problem diagnosis, performance analyzing, health monitoring, and config recommendations.
  • Good knowledge on GIT-LAB, Python coding.
  • Incident, Service Request, Problem, and demand handling for all database types based on ITIL standard.
  • A high level of customer understanding and communication skills, coupled with a high level of quality awareness, is required to improve customer satisfaction for the database service.
  • Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
  • Provides 24X7 support (staff on call)
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and training to lower-level staff
