Warranty Engineer

We are searching for an Engineer to manage warranty activities, analyze field data and returned parts, and plan testing for electronic products. You will collaborate with development teams, present results to customers, and support continuous process improvements while guiding and training warranty technicians.Your tasks
- Analysis of relevant field data and field return parts
- Ensure continuous improvement of warranty processes and procedures through assessment of customer specifications, internal requirements, and experience from daily work
- Planning of project testing resources / capacities for all assigned projects (supported/performed by warranty technician), detect discrepancies to the planning at an early stage and independently initiate countermeasures
- Preparation and set up of test devices for non-standard tests of electronics products jointly with development departments
- Presentation of test results to the customer, in internal meetings and to other interested parties
- Supervising field claims analysis conducted by warranty technicians
- Training of warranty technicians
Your Profile
- Basic studies in the field of technical sciences, VI and VII level of education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic products testing
- Extensive knowledge of electronics, electronics production as well as interpretation of circuit diagrams
- Technical knowledge of measuring and testing techniques
- Preferable experience in automotive industry
- Fluent English language skills
