Your tasks

Direct support to the production of welding processes.
Identification of welding problems, methodical and analytical troubleshooting as well as the implementation of permanent corrective measures.
Identify root cause and correct negative influences on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by identifying production limitations.
Support on production line robot failures, when applicable or necessary.
Understand and be able to complete welded product quality testing (Tensile strength / weld penetration / dimensional).
Provide and implement methods to improve the quality of production processes for all welding technologies (i.e.: Projection, CMT, Laser, Remote, etc.).
Definition and optimization of all production parameters and monitoring of the welding technologies.
Coordination of welding technology related problems and troubleshooting in the production process chain.
Reviewing drawing specifications (on standard drawings), standards and process of the welding technology - FMEA in cooperation with customer teams and IE.
