Join the Brose Supplier Portal today

In future the Brose Supplier Portal will be our central collaboration platform for our suppliers and Brose. It provides all the information in one place and offers you access to our different applications to work closer, faster and more efficiently together.

Our vision:

  • Best user experience for our supplier

As a central platform, the Brose Supplier Portal makes our collaboration easier and faster. It replaces the previous "Extranet" platform.

What are the next steps?

1. Your a new supplier for Brose?

Use the supplier application form to get onboarded.

2. Your company is already onboarded to the supplier portal?

Start immediately by logging in or creating a user for your company. Open the Supplier Portal.

3. Your company is an active Brose supplier but does not have access to the Supplier Portal?

Please get in contact with your responsible buyer to get you onboarded. The process is shown in the following figure.

  • Will the old systems still be available?

    No, after the GoLive only the Supplier Portal will be available. All used applications will be available in the Brose Supplier Portal. A login on the Extranet will not be possible anymore.

  • What is the timeline for the platform change?

    The Brose Supplier Portal will launch on 17th of October 2022. We will keep you updated about upcoming events and changes.

  • What are my benefits as a supplier for the new Portal?

    - Easy and intuitive user interface

    - Self-Service user creation, role assignment and approval
    - Guided Tour for fast user onboarding

  • I am not yet registered on the Brose Supplier Portal – how can I do that?

    If you are already a supplier at Brose and your administrator has an account, you can easily register as a user on: Supplier Portal

    If you are an active supplier at Brose, but you do not have an account yet, please get in contact with your responsible buyer.

    If you are a possible new supplier for Brose, please start the onboarding process by applying as a supplier via the Supplier Application

  • What applications will work on which system?

    The Supplier Portal will be our central collaboration platform between Brose and our suppliers. The existing applications (e.g., Astras, PPAP, 8D) are working and have all been migrated to the new platform.

    In one of the next releases will also fully integrate BROFIS into the Supplier Portal.

  • Is the usage agreement still valid

    Yes, the extranet usage agreement.pdf is still valid.
