Production

Our production lines are fully automated, with a large number of next generation robots, as well as machines that are also "State of the art". Production does not require a large number of operators on the line, because our engineers are engaged in automation of the entire line. One of the more sophisticated technologies is SMT, and in our electronics production we currently have the five lines. The features of our production lines are also Vision systems, which affects error reduction, as well as the application of IoT technologies on certain parts of production.

Development

Brose Group has opened a very important location in Pancevo, where one of the largest development centers of the company is located. The location in Pancevo is the main development center for Cooling Fan Module, which is main focus of our Aerodynamics and Acoustics Department, Development and Testing of Electric Motors department, as well as the Electronics Department. In addition to this product, our engineers in Pancevo are engaged in the development of electric air compressors, and the development of electronics for a large number of other products. Our electronics and testing laboratories, as well as aerodynamics and acoustics, are equipped with the latest generation technology and represent a great opportunity for your learning and development.

Development center for Cooling Fan module

In our location in Pančevo, our R&D center is responsible for development of our product, Cooling Fan module. Development of optimized BLDC CFM low & high torque drives, for power classes 300W up to 1000W and supply voltage options from 12V up to 48V. Our development focus is on improvement of motor performance, weight, drive acoustics and improvement of electronic efficiency.

Technical workstations are set up for permanent use and equipped with a developer PC and their own devices. In our plant in Pančevo, we have plenty opportunities to learn and develop your career. Training catalogues for internal and external trainings, leadership trainings and fully organized onboarding process will provide you additional knowledge and make you more experienced in your work. Testing department has chambers for testing on all climate conditions, our lab in Electronics allows you to measure and test electronics you will develop, or production is fully automated, using latest robots and machines.
