Cameron Stadler

"The #1 thing during the interview process that made me choose Brose was the scheduled rotation plan for each semester showing exactly which team and scope of work I would be completing. During my co-op years, I enjoyed working on real engineering projects. For example, in my Sophomore 1 semester I investigated a binding issue between two plastic components which allowed me to utilize Heat Transfer equations which is a Senior 3 class."

Julia Clark

"I enjoyed being a co-op at Brose because I grew to be a real part of the team. I rotated through different departments which helped me to learn more, but also utilize what I had learned and the connections I had made to bring real value. I built on what I had learned and each time I came back from a school term the team I was working with was excited to have me on board and challenge me in new ways. The culture at Brose is very pro-working student and co-op which was something many of my classmates did not seem to have as positive of an experience with."

Michael Roycht

"I've been with Brose since October 2021, initially in testing/validation and then transitioning into design work for doors and now seats. Throughout my co-op, I've taken on various responsibilities, led projects, and contributed design suggestions and prototypes. Brose's excellent work culture has inspired me to continuously strive for excellence and take pride in my contributions to any team I join. From my early days fresh out of high school, they've nurtured my understanding of the industry, our role as a supplier, and the importance of community in business. Additionally, Brose's flexibility allows me to balance my studies and work effectively, given the nature of Kettering."
