Account Manager

Your tasks

  • Sells corporate products to business and industrial establishments or individuals by performing the following duties. Achieve defined project goals including capacity, timing, costs and profitability Safeguarding and improvement of the profit situation for current production and service parts. Establish positive relationship with customer leading to contract acquisitions in accordance with the business plan
  • Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
  • Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
  • Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
  • Provides product demos to qualified customers on request
  • Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
  • Coordinates customer training
  • Builds and maintains customer’s relationships
  • Prepares reports of business transactions
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database

Your Profile

  • Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with market analysis and marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university
