Your Job Specification
- Manages the calendar and independently schedules appointments; Screens incoming calls and correspondence, responds independently and/or directs activity to the proper source, creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files to manage various projects, including weekly management meeting
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance; Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records
- Arrange and manage programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, and minutes; Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents including speeches, articles and policies
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree from a college, university or
technical school - 5 years minimum applicable job experience in similar level and industry
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy a must; High degree of confidentiality
- Energetic self starter
- Multitasking ability a must
