Your Tasks
- Support the implementation of the regional network & identify BPS organizational opportunities for improvements
- Maintain regional BPS skill matrix, track BPS training plan progress, and facilitate the qualification of the BPS team
- Train BPS teams in BPS based on standardized trainings
- Consolidate the regional practices as input to BPS group strategy
- Provide operational support to the plants to facilitate successful improvement process
- Prepare, perform, and follow up of BPS assessments. Perform and follow up of evaluations for regional BPS Award
- Consolidate the plants' requirements as input to regional BPS projects and maintain mutual partnerships for plant specific projects
- Track regional and plant specific BPS projects, facilitate learning partnerships and identify good/best practices
- Identify and communicate good/best practices using BPS network and external benchmark
- Support improvement of the suggestion scheme
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university, Master or MBA preferred, and three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing preferable in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Management Tools e.g., Value Stream Analysis, Balancing, Kanban, Standardized Work, 5S
