Plant Controller

Your Job Specification

  • Commercial sparring partner regarding the operational steering of the plant (incl. implementation of cost reduction measures) and steer the plant towards the mid-term fit of plant cost structure to competitive cost targets. Ensure governance and compliance with group standards in planning and reporting of the plant.
  • Independently carries out continuous budget monitoring, implements deviation analyses and initiates countermeasures in the plants
  • Independently compiles information and creates decision papers for plant and customer projects
  • Develop straightforward business cases or lead feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to support the development and continuous review of business cases.
  • Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
  • Independently generates Controlling information for a competitive short-term and mid-term performance calculation/income statement of the plants

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • At least four years substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level
  • Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues (7 to 12 months)
