Change Management Coordinator

Brose is one of the five largest family-owned automotive suppliers in the world. Every third new car is equipped with at least one Brose product. The mechatronics specialist develops and manufactures systems for vehicle doors, liftgates and seats. Brose also produces electric motors from 200 watts to 14 kilowatts for various applications such as steering, thermal management or drives for e-bikes and e-scooters. Your tasks

  • Participation, moderation and documentation in the development meeting (EAK) for technical changes to the product or design assembly
  • Independent monitoring of the activities of the defined steps in the action plan in consultation with the relevant special functions (project engineer, supplier quality planner, project team buyer, etc.)
  • Import of all documents subject to changes / required for approval in coordination with EAK participants
  • Creation of change plans in coordination with relevant functions
  • Creating and updating change notifications in SAP in coordination with the project engineer
  • Support and control of globally generated change notifications to avoid change conflicts in coordination with component development and the overall customer team as well as foreign offices
  • Coordination of work steps in the entire change process in coordination with the project engineer / team
  • Monitoring the activity of the plant and the customer team according to the GECOS process in SAP
  • Securing and tracking all relevant samples and PPA tests taking place on the production lines
  • Other tasks related to the agreed type of work according to the superior's instructions

Your Profile

  • English language - B2
  • University education - Technical specialization
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Analytical thinking and coordination skills

Sallary (brutto): from 1540 Eur/month

  • The salary consists of a basic wage from 1400 EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
  • After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur).
