Customs and Logistics Controlling

Your tasks

  • Measure and monitor the plants L01-L05 cost performance
  • Establish cost based KPI’s for the plants; measure and report on a monthly basis
  • Lead monthly cost review meetings with the plants; measuring against target. Develop management summary
  • Setup and monitor PO’s and framework orders for the NA/LO department
  • Establish processes to ensure the health of Brose’s customs and foreign trade rules
  • Procure services to support custom and foreign trade activities
  • Develop and monitor Foreign Trade Zone activities in the region. Establish best practices and opportunities for the plants in the region
  • Develop based practice standards for the plants relating to programs such as C-TPAT
  • Establish processes for part classifications ensuring the integrity of the SAP system
  • Ensure all shipping procedures incorporate the correct use of codes and paperwork

Your Profile

  • 5 years of experience in logistics or the supply chain management field.
  • Customs and Incoterm knowledge
  • Experience in foreign trade specifically relating to the automotive industry
  • Experience with financial transactions – invoicing, income statement, A/P, A/R
