Your Job Specification
- Repair of material handling, quality and building equipment
- Servicing and preventive maintenance of material handling, quality and building equipment according service instructions and control instructions
- Rebuilding and improvement of equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)
- Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions for the production equipment
- Recording of the fulfilled tasks on a daily basis
- Effective coordination of the assigned tasks
- Support of external suppliers during rebuilding, repair and commissioning of new production equipment
- Working with vendors regarding landscaping and building maintenance
- Maintaining of the enviromental management system based on the federal and state laws, working in the realization of enviromantal topics
- Additional tasks as required
Your Profile
- 3 years experience in a maintenance department of a series production company, preferably in the automotive industry
- Fork Truck operator license
- EDP knowledge (SAP R3, MS-Office, AutoSketch), Interface technique
- Independent decision making with high risks for the protection of the production process
- Service orientated thinking and taking of actions
- Assertiveness, creativity, team work mentality, capable of setting priorities
- Early identification of problems
- Ability to take care of project related work
