Human Resources Generalist

- Talent acquisition, conduct new hire orientation program.
- Provide basic skill assessment and ensure robustness of training center including new training modules. Verify accuracy of operator basic skills matrix. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor basic skills testing program, including testing and assessments, and data charting.
- Ensure safety, health, ergonomic training programs are implemented in a timely manner including, monthly safety committee meetings/training, track meeting results, collaborating with 3rd party administrator to ensure implementation of safety training and risk assessments of new or enhanced equipment.
- Follow up on safety near misses, injuries, and review, track and follow up on first aid log. Periodic checks on Fire Extinguishers, Defibulator, and Eye Wash Stations.
- Implement work station audits, track, and document results.
- Conduct training needs assessment and develop internal programs. Coordinate external trainings.
- Considers all valid Procedures, Job Instructions, and Organizational Instructions. Implement and assist with employee activities as it relations to safety and health
- Adheres to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from four-year college or university.
- Three years minimum experience in office administration and human resources.
