Your Job Specification
- Provides support in functional areas of human resources, including but not limited to: onboarding process and new hire administration, initial data entry and changes, including terminations
- Responsible for cross-functional communications including new hire report, exit report, transfer report, etc.
- Supports payroll functions, including but not limited to i-9 process, employment and payroll verifications, electronic personal archive, and invoicing
- Create internal communications and promote employee involvement.
- Provides additional support in functional areas of human resources, including but not limited to the administration of new hire processes, benefits and compensation, company recruiting, and training and development
Your Profile
- Enrolled in Bachelor's degree in a related field from four-year college or university
- Customer service and employee relation skills
- Strong communication and sense of urgency
