Your Job Specification
- Consultant of the management in all HR and health and safety related topics – strategically and operational. Management of all operational HR activities in the Plant Belvidere. Provide, implement, maintain and constantly improve HR tools and processes to recruit and develop a high motivated workforce.
- Active management of the workforce recruitment and development. Establish and maintain relationships with schools and institutions of workforce development and education, and explore possibilities to benefit from their services.
- All relevant processes to ensure performance of all HR activities. Apply Brose internal procedures and policies, and ensure legal compliance.
- Customize and maintain all HR related software applications (key user) and ensure that they are in accordance with required legal and Brose internal standards.
- Administrate the employee handbook and HR related policies and communicate, train and reinforce its content with the management and the entire workforce. Advise and assist the management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, disciplinary measures and terminations.
- Plan and control the budget of human resources, health and safety and canteen including costs of temporary labor, training, recruitment, expatriates, social events and uniforms.
- Perform all legally and Brose internally required HR reporting including analysis and interpretation of performance indicators. Determine measures and drive activities to constantly improve the workforce performance of the plant. Provide all required documentation in order to collect government incentives.
- Set up and administrate efficient shared services provided from other Brose locations. Explore synergies to ensure the best cost-service-ratio.
- Ensure the legal compliance with payroll tax requirements as well as other legal requirements that are HR and health and safety related.
Your Profile
- Administrate payroll and benefits system, headcount (plan, release and control), safety system and employee handbook. Perform employee recruitments and terminations in coordination with the responsible head of department. Release service level agreements of the shared services.
- Experience working with auditing process.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
- Must possess three (3) to (5) years of relevant experience.
- Profound knowledge of all HR legal and safety requirements (certificates), strong communication skills, capability to understand the value add chain and relate it to HR requirements, advanced MS Office
