Industrial Engineer Welding Technologist

Your Job Specification
- Ensure robust welding processes through cooperation with development, design, prototype and production
- Support industrial engineering and quality (procurement, prototype, project & plant) with welding process, procedures, and technology (including quality control)
- Continuous review of current & best practices across the region(s), and investigating new/alternate processes and/or technologies related to welding & process monitoring
- Support the development of standardization throughout the region regarding process monitoring, ensuring quality, and production efficiency
- Maintain regional technologist network, including regular feedback meetings, technology exchanges, and development opportunities
- Problem solving for welding issues (either plant, supplier, or prototype)
- Support to mature new equipment to series productivity and support the PFMEA process
- Cost reduction analysis, evaluation, and implementation
- Process parameter development, definition, documentation, and improvement
- Support Brose norm adherence throughout the region
