Your Job Specification
- Consults with IT Manager to analyze computer system requirements for information and functional operations.
- Manages IT inventory assets thru BITS.
- End devices installation and configuration (Smartphones, PCs, Printers, tablets etc)
- User support for all IT standard related issues, installations or request under the Brose service catalog and IT Scope.
- Prepares end of life devices for recycling and disposal following IT security protocols and norms.
- Manage hardware upgrades for Workstations and laptops. ( Hard disks, memory RAM)
- Ensure KPI compliance for windows devices in the office environment ( Security patches, antivirus, bitlocker)
Your Profile
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems or similar discipline for a four-year college or university
- Zero to Two years of related work experience
- Basic topology network knowledge
- Basic network knowledge
- Microsoft Software
- Software installation
