Maintenance Supervisor 1st Shift

Your Job Specification
- Responsibility of maintenance technicians in the shifts, distributing and following up on tasks, following escalation process, supporting technicians with escalations
- Guarantee of a high technical availability of the production equipment with minimal costs
- Avoiding of production equipment down times through a high service performance, professional solving of down time root causes, preventive maintenance and supporting of continuous improvement process
- Definition of spare parts, preventive maintenance tasks, equipment, tools and material needed for the department
- Direct, inform, supervise, coach, mentor, train, counsel, educate and motivate his/her group to achieve, meet and surpass agreed on objectives
Your Profile
- Technical knowledge and skills in electric, electronic, PLC (Siemens),CNC,ABB robots, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, measuring devices, servo drives and conveyor systems, BUS systems (Profibus, Profinet)
- Experience in highly automated production equipment
- Experience in TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continuous improvement
- EDP knowledge (SAP, MS-Office)
- 5+ years experience as a maintenance technician in a series production company, preferably in the automotive industry
