Controller / Senior Financial Analyst

Your Job Specification

  • Participate in yearly budget and business planning processes; ensure cost drivers are communicated appropriately in order to obtain approval for the Brose New Boston Plant Integrated Long Term Plan
  • Prepare accurate monthly status reports that include actual to plan/target bridge analysis, future plant result development estimates and risk/opportunity assessments
  • Conduct monthly target/actual meetings with production team managers, provide insight into financial performance and support the implementation of corrective actions if needed
  • Support interdisciplinary teams to drive cost improvement and project optimization through preparation and evaluation of cost benefit analysis as well as cost efficiency calculations
  • Conduct the evaluation of the need and benefit of Brose New Boston costs and investment requirements
  • Work together with other functions to perform accurate month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and special project reports according to assignment by controlling manager

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
  • At least three years in budgeting/planning, financial reporting and financial analysis and/or controlling
