Production Engineering Intern

- Supports Production Team Manager, Industrial Engineering and Quality Engineering with production data analysis and reporting
- Works cross-functionally with all departments to create, review and realize layout changes
- Supports Quality Engineering with measurement of components, capability of machinery, creation and implementation of processes and tooling
- Supports Industrial Engineering for optimization projects including cycle time reduction, availability improvement, floor space reduction
- Maintenance and organization of documentation and instructions for manufacturing equipment and quality processes across all production teams and areas
- Works cross-functionally with Production, Logistics and Quality to realize improvement projects
- Participates in team meeting of the Production team, the Industrial Engineering team and the Quality Engineering team
- Supports with floor space preparation and changes for new and existing equipment according to layout and machine specification
- Participates in prototype discussions, delivery releases and final acceptance meetings for new equipment and supports with the completion of project specific tasks
Your Profile
- Person must be at minimum a junior at the college level studying mManufacturing, Industrial Engineering and/or Management
- Expereince with SAP
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and organization skills required
