Your Tasks
- Conduct and develop cost-efficient ECU concepts with engineering teams
- Lead technical discussions with customers, act as point of contact regarding technical concepts, project development and new products
- Follow the Brose Product Development process through all phases of the project (acquisition through launch)
- Plans and implements engineering programs, activities, and milestones per customer requirements
- Manage, track, and maintain project technical KPIs
- Develops and maintains technical customer requirements in Brose systems
- Assigns and oversees project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing
- Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, design guidelines, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications
- Directs and coordinates integration of technical activities and products
- Hands-on experience with Vector CAN tools and troubleshooting
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Electrical Engineering with Automotive Body Electronics
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Project Engineering and/or Systems Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer)
- Specialized knowledge and skills: Time management, Project management
