Your Tasks

  • Conduct and develop cost-efficient ECU concepts with engineering teams
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, act as point of contact regarding technical concepts, project development and new products
  • Follow the Brose Product Development process through all phases of the project (acquisition through launch)
  • Plans and implements engineering programs, activities, and milestones per customer requirements
  • Manage, track, and maintain project technical KPIs
  • Develops and maintains technical customer requirements in Brose systems
  • Assigns and oversees project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing
  • Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, design guidelines, company standards, customer contract requirements and related specifications
  • Directs and coordinates integration of technical activities and products
  • Hands-on experience with Vector CAN tools and troubleshooting

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in Electrical Engineering with Automotive Body Electronics
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Project Engineering and/or Systems Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer)
  • Specialized knowledge and skills: Time management, Project management
