Your Job Specification
- Project Management: Follow the Brose Product Development process through all phases of the project (acquisition through production)
- Manage, track, and maintain project commercial and technical KPIs
- Provide regular project planning and effort tracking updates to internal department management
- Supervise prototype demands, including customer order and build plan
- Lead a cross-functional electronics team through regular development meetings
- Present project information through periodic management reviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date timing plans
- Utilize resources on electronics project team and customer project team to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage the communication between an international electronics development team and the local customer project team
- Supplier Management - Brose representative to electronics manufacturing supplier
- Manage the EMS effectively to ensure sample builds are completed to Brose standards and delivered according to the project timing plan
- Support Brose electronics purchasing and electronics quality to ensure EMS meets all Brose standards for production readiness
- Customer Technical Support - Brose electronics representative to the customer
- Act as the primary electronics representative to the Brose customer project team
- Support the Brose customer team by providing electronics project-related and technical information to the customer

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum of four years experience in electrical/electronics engineering
- Minimum of three years experience in project management within automotive industry
