Project Manager Electronics

Your Job Specification

  • Project Management: Follow the Brose Product Development process through all phases of the project (acquisition through production)
  • Manage, track, and maintain project commercial and technical KPIs
  • Provide regular project planning and effort tracking updates to internal department management
  • Supervise prototype demands, including customer order and build plan
  • Lead a cross-functional electronics team through regular development meetings
  • Present project information through periodic management reviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date timing plans
  • Utilize resources on electronics project team and customer project team to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage the communication between an international electronics development team and the local customer project team
  • Supplier Management - Brose representative to electronics manufacturing supplier
  • Manage the EMS effectively to ensure sample builds are completed to Brose standards and delivered according to the project timing plan
  • Support Brose electronics purchasing and electronics quality to ensure EMS meets all Brose standards for production readiness
  • Customer Technical Support - Brose electronics representative to the customer
  • Act as the primary electronics representative to the Brose customer project team
  • Support the Brose customer team by providing electronics project-related and technical information to the customer

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Minimum of four years experience in electrical/electronics engineering
  • Minimum of three years experience in project management within automotive industry
