Your tasks

Ensure product development according to Brose PDP and customer’s requirements, respective time schedule, quality, and cost demands.
Overall responsibility for the entire project.
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of project within area of assigned responsibility by performing the
following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Overall responsibility for the entire project.
Ensure communication, coordination and activities with customers, customer team members and central functions as a project leader.
Technical responsibility for the entire project.
Ensure communication, coordination and activities with customers, customer team members and central functions as a technical project leader.
Major contact to the customer concerning engineering issues.
Prepare and present technical concepts, internally and externally.
Ensure communication, coordination and activities with project team members, plant, and central functions as a project leader.
Major contact to the customer concerning all the project related topics.
Prepare and present project status reports, internally and externally.
Control and coordinate modifications requests, to customers and suppliers.
Prepare and implement all possible measures to improve project ROI and ROS.
Knowledge of supply base in India.

Your Profile

BE / B Tech – Mechanical engineering or equivalent MBA/PMP certificate – can be added advantage.
6-12 years of experience.
Well versed with basics of mechanical engineering.
Knowledge in electronics / mechatronics can be added advantage.
Microsoft office tools including MS-Project.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills.
