Quality Engineer

- Failure management for products manufactured in DAG plant : Leading problem solving for 0km and Field from customer
- Failure management for trading product through DAG plant : Leading problem solving for 0km and Field from customer
- Leading customer quality issue to coordinates customer and internal department to define and resolve product quality problems and reduce Q cost
- Warranty analysis and field returned parts investigation so that improves failure cost and customer complaints
- Management of PPAP / ISIR for series production and product changes : Carry out internal and customer approval
- Requalification of series products: Planning and Carry out requalification for series product to assure the quality maintained based on internal and customer agreement
- Supervising production launching based on safe launching program
- Customer Quality KPI management and reporting on quality system to measure target achievement
- Management of 0km/Warranty cost
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Mechanical/Industrial/Electronical engineering)
- 5-8 years minimum experience in Automotive industry as customer quality perferred
- Experience in Assemblu, Motor and Injection
- Problem solving tool and Statistical analysis
- Customer Quality System (Especially PPAP, APQP)
- Warranty management
- English communication
- IT knowledge incl. MS Office and SAP
- English: Business fluency
