- Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications
- Manage customer complaints and claimed parts
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate PPAP/PSW for new projects and changes
- Develop and update PFMEA and Control Plans
- Support internal and external audits
- Lead quality activities for engineering changes and ramp-up
- Monitor suppliers and corrective actions
- Oversee inspection staff competency
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 6–8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma)
- Solid understanding of statistical methods
- Extensive experience with automotive core tools, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 standards
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
