Quality Manager

- Maintaining and developing the Q-system of the plant (building planning of the Q-area, planning of basic testing equipment/measuring machines, laboratory, analysis stations etc.)
- Further develop and strengthen the plant quality functions (headcount planning, hiring, management, education, training)
- Assurance of quality assurance processes in the plant
- Control of quality planning for customer projects and purchased parts
- Disciplinary and technical management of the assigned quality employees for plant
- Ensure the execution of the quality processes and standards of the Brose Group
- Customer audits due to relocation projects and new product launches
- Maintenance, further development and insurance of a quality management system according to IATF16949
- Release, auditing and start-up of new suppliers
Your Profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- University degree
- Good leadership skills, very good product knowledge, experience in supplier quality management and quality methods
- Desirable trainings and skills :IATF 16949; VDA 6.3; VDA 6.5; MSA, FMEA; Problem Solving tools(PMP)
- Fluent English language skills
