Quality Systems Engineer

Your Job Specification

  • Implement quality and environmental systems and coordinate on-going maintenance and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements
  • Plan, coordinate and perform (as required) internal/external process and system audits
  • Provide consultation upon request for quality and environmental system gap-analysis, benchmarking, and/or customer complaints.
  • Train plant personnel on quality and environmental systems as required

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Systems including ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and Ford/FCA customer specific requirements, vda6.3
  • Auditing experience and certification
  • Knowledge of AIAG standards (PPAP, MSA, FMEA, LPA, APQP)
