Your tasks

Performing product audit according to VDA 6.5 and following action plans in case of deviations
Performing Strain measurement according to Internal Brose Norm
Performing product and material tests on Tensile machine
Self-dependent generation of analysis reports
Participating in the problem-solving team for quality related topics in production
Emergency blocking of suspect non-conforming components / finished goods due to any deviation and application of the escalation process
Surveilling and evaluation of sorting/rework actions in the production area
Evaluation of measurement results and statistical trends (SPC) as well as cooperation in finding out data for the quality reports
