Sales Engineer Automotive (f/m/d)

- Consolidate and develop Brose's global position with the French OEM within the framework of the product strategy and business planning
- Obtain planned orders and contracts
- Participate in projects under development to achieve the defined objectives in terms of capacity, deadlines, costs and profitability with customers
- Lead and optimise the annual performance plan of the accounts for each commodity
- Ensure and increase the profitability of the series and spare parts business through permanent claim management (volume trends, raw material prices, logistics costs, etc.) and participation in optimisation Programmes
Your Profile
- Higher education (Engineer preferred or possibly comparable qualification gained through work experience)
- At least 3 years experience with a car manufacturer or automotive supplier in sales field
- Commercial and technical knowledge in the automotive field, ideally in the field of opening systems (door modules / window lifts)
- Good interpersonal skills, tenacity for the expectation of objectives, assertive entrepreneurial behaviour, creativity, ability to work in a team and to create a dynamic, ability to negotiate with customers and suppliers
- Strong ability to analyse a wide range of situations
- Knowledge of French Automotive manufacturers
- Ability to manage the sales team (sales assistant and apprentice)
- French as mother tongue and very good English
- Knowledge of German is an advantage (but not a must)
- Willingness to undertake national and international business trips
