- Responsible for customer relationship with 2 Wheeler OEM’s space in India leading to new business acquisitions.
- Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions.
- Checking contracts and documents (orders, purchasing and warranty conditions), analyzing the deviations from existing agreements, evaluating the changes and developing a statement in cooperation with other specialist functions, negotiating with customers.
- Independent coordination and presentation of the annual acquisition, sales and turnover as well as competition planning for the customer account.
- Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction; analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (“Customer Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction Coordinator”).
- Coordination of sales activities with international characteristics and higher complexity (e.g. number of locations, product variety).
- Preparation of offers in the assigned product area based on customer inquiries.
- Presentation and negotiation of the offers with the customer within the scope of the negotiation scope defined in advance.
- Review of contracts and documents (orders, purchase and warranty conditions) as well as analysis of deviations from existing agreements, evaluation of the changes and preparation of a statement.
Your Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college/university. Degree in business administration will be added advantage.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales with automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of project management and negotiation.
- Knowledge of cost accounting / calculation.
- Knowledge of related sales planning & competitor mapping.
