Your Job Specification
- Leads the creation/management and control of drawings, and parts list, according to Brose/customer requirements
- Maintenance and control of project specific design results
- Participation in review meeting for creation/modification of specifications
- Processing of engineering changes, and drawing modification
- Provides support for attaining agreements regarding design details within Brose/at customer/supplier
- Active participation in Development Team Meetings (EAK) represents design conformance according to Brose procedures / standards. Also participates in formal design/engineering reviews (Design Checklist, DFMEA, specification review, etc.), and informal reviews with Test Engineer and Team Engineer
- Ensures designs being made available in a timely manner to support releases (e.g. -100 release), co-ordinates/negotiates on alternate design completion dates
- Assists other designers in best practices, kinematics, customer CAD systems, etc
- Considers program development according to PDP

Your Profile
- Preferably Associates degree in related field with 6-8 years of experience
- Experience in fan design
- CATIA
- CAD Systems, SAP, Customer Data Management and Release Systems
- Ability to apply FEA results to design, Root Cause Analysis, Applied GD&T
- Mold Flow, Plastic part design methodology, Stamped parts design methodology
- Tolerance Stack, MBOM / PEPsi
- Communication, Networking, Time Management, Self-Motivation
- Conflict Resolution, Problem-Solving, Ability to Influence, Resilience/Self-Confidence
