Your tasks

Management of (Planning and Execution) of Customer Projects (Acquisition; Product- and Process development until stable Seriesproduction is reached).
Management of regular B-Projects according Project Management Manual (PMM).
Projects in more than one Region; building new relationships towards Customer, Supplier; Internal; taking into account different interests in a known or new location environment and the use of existing production line concepts with slight adaptations of the production equipment and/or the testing technology equipment and/or installation of new procured production lines. Partially development of new components / parts; Requirements from Customers / Products are partially known.
Independent planning and control of all processes and capacities necessary for the development of a product ready for series production in coordination with all departments involved according to PDP as well as with customers and suppliers as well as business unit, group and plant functions.
Creating the project request and responsible for project change management as well as the status report, the closure report and acting as representative in internal reporting and escalation meetings as well towards suppliers and customers.
Coordinating, creating, permanently maintaining and communicating the main schedule as well as regulating and monitoring the progress of the project.
Deciding on the implementation of changes and definition of procedures against the customer.
Ensuring operational risk management.
Preparing and creating quality gate reports in accordance with the PEP (main schedule) together with the project team.
Leading the project team in accordance with the project manager role description in the project management manual.
Prepare and implement all possible measures to improve and maintain project ROI and ROS.
Develop knowledge of supply base in India.
Keep track of technology and competition trends in the market.
