Brose has been recognized by Ford Motor Company with a 2025 World Excellence Award in the Collaboration: Solve Together
category, honoring the company’s outstanding partnership and rapid problem-solving in support of Ford operations.
This year’s newly restructured World Excellence Awards has a sharper focus on cultural principles and customer priorities. The category Collaboration: Solve Together
celebrates suppliers who exemplify cross-functional teamwork, agility, and transparency in the face of complex challenges.
Brose was selected for its decisive and coordinated response during a time-sensitive issue that required strong collaboration across region, functions and company boundaris. Through these actions, Brose helped ensure business continuity and demonstrated its ongoing commitment to customer success.
We’re proud to receive this recognition from Ford,
said Matt Conrad, President of Brose North America. It reflects the mindset we’ve been driving across Brose — solving problems side by side with our customers, responding with urgency, and building long-term trust.
The Ford World Excellence Awards highlight suppliers that deliver excellence across critical areas such as quality, delivery, sustainability, cost leadership, and cultural alignment. Brose’s award in Collaboration: Solve Together
affirms the company’s reputation as a dependable, proactive partner within Ford’s global supply network.
