Your tasks

  • Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass produce products. Ensure customer requirements relating to quality and efficiency are met as pertaining to the specific duties and responsibilities below.
  • Assemble parts in specified sequence in accordance with provided work instructions
  • Perform changeovers and poke yoke checks per the work instructions and other Brose documented standards
  • Work multiple workstations to provide flexibility for production needs and support manpower fluctuation
  • Maintain a clean work environment by following the company 5S standards, includes sweeping during and after shift, wiping down equipment, sorting parts, breaking down boxes, etc.
  • Adhere to Brose North America (BNA/SPA) Quality Policy
  • Adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
  • Document required checks, tasks, parts, etc. in accordance with work instructions and as required by Supervisor
  • Perform additional tasks to support production as requested by Supervisor

Your Profile

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common knowledge to carry out simple instructions.
  • Physical Demands – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand 10 hours per day 4 days per week; must be shift flexible to work any shift,  use hands, wrists, and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employees may be required to lift up to 35 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
