Manage (mainly) stamping commodity for Brose India
Supplier identification and assessment from purchasing point of view
Sending RFQ for components for new projects
Quotation analysis and negotiation with the suppliers
Raw Material and Component purchase
Market search for equivalent Indian raw material
Indian purchase reporting to central teams
Weekly interface with counterparts in the material groups in Germany
Recording and releasing purchase orders and tracking them for revision
Benchmark prices from competition
Current business – cost reduction and optimization Yearly cost negotiation with current suppliers
Idenfity and approval of new suppliers
Driving localistion of imported parts for current and new projects
