Your Tasks

  • Perform cyclical monitoring of production acoustic performance using statistical tools and optimize the evaluation process when necessary.
  • Analyze failures in the event of malfunctions of acoustic equipment or machines, according to defined responsibilities and established local escalation procedures.
  • Support the improvement of installed acoustic measurement technology, including assembly and adaptation activities.
  • Establish limits for acoustic testing in accordance with approved process descriptions.
  • Utilize analysis and decision-making tools to optimize acoustic characteristics on test benches.
  • Correlate customer acoustic specifications with in-line production testing systems through statistical methods (e.g., Pareto analysis).
  • Provide support to the Quality team and the plant's Technical function in cases of internal or external acoustic quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Management System in accordance with the environmental roles and responsibilities matrix.

Your Profile

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros, with experience in data analysis
  • Experience performing laboratory measurements and analyzing test results.
  • Technical drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, and signal analysis.
  • Knowledge and application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of acoustic sensors (magnetic and immersion) and actuators, including their operation and application in testing and measurement systems.
  • Experience working with test equipment and validation systems. Experience with assembly systems is considered a plus. Knowledge of acoustic and vibration testing methodologies
