Key Account Manager_Shenzhen

Your Tasks

  • Knowledge center for strategic customers (customers profile and OEM strategies), responsible for initiating and tracking customer strategy execution.Establish and maintain long-term and reliable customer relationships at senior management level.
  • Align customer strategy and common approach across business divisions, organize customer events like roadshow, tech-days and annual Brose senior management customer visit and strategic dialogues.
  • Coordinate and manage customer general terms and conditions review across divisional business.
  • Act as "Scout" for customers and competitors' intelligence information collection regarding both commercial and technical aspects, together with BU to conduct long term business plan for strategic C/N-OEMs.
  • Leading the vehicle planning on C/N-OEMs throughout the Brose planning process.
  • Lead overarching claim negotiations with critical customer claims, incl. extra IV, volume shortfall, airfreight, overdue AR, tooling & EDD collection, RMI, inflation cost.
  • Quarterly review on C/N-OEM remapping in China for strategic C/N-OEM customer profile, new platforms/models, new business opportunities and reach alignment "Go or No Go".
  • Work Location: Shenzhen

Your Profile

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in automotive industry of which minimum 5 years with Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Exposure to managing customer relations, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Personality able to interface at all relevant levels of customer organization / flexibility to handle wide variety of activities.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Team player - Ability to work in multi-cultural / multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Acts entrepreneurially, with strong business sense.
