Plant Controller (m/f/d) Brose Sitech

- Own plant financial transparency, including manufacturing P&L, cost-center performance, operational KPIs and financial risk/opportunity tracking
- Maintain and validate standard costs, labor rates, overhead rates, routings, BOM assumptions and cost roll-ups
- Analyze material, labor, overhead, absorption, scrap, yield, productivity and manufacturing variances
- Lead or support plant-related month-end close activities, accruals, cost allocations, inventory valuation and variance postings
- Prepare monthly plant financial reports, dashboards, forecasts and variance commentary
- Coordinate or support physical inventories, cycle counts, slow-moving inventory analysis and inventory accuracy improvement
- Monitor plant CapEx, tooling, equipment investments and capital approval packages
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Purchasing to define corrective actions and improve cost performance
- Maintain financial data integrity in SAP / ERP and support audit readiness
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance, controlling, accounting or cost accounting experience, including manufacturing exposure
- Strong experience with standard costing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, production variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and month-end close
- Manufacturing plant controlling experience; automotive supplier experience strongly preferred
- SAP / ERP knowledge; SAP FI/CO, product costing, production orders or material ledger experience highly valuable
- Ability to work directly with plant operations and spend time on the shop floor to understand operational drivers
