Plant Maintenance-PLC Programmer

Your Tasks
- Work as PLC programmer in shift (3 shift working) to achieve all maintenance KPI’s.
- Responsible for overall shift maintenance & support to preventive maintenance team.
- Attending daily breakdown in shift (shift working).
- PLC programming for Siemens and Yaskawa PLC as expert.
- HMI programing for Siemens and Proface HMI as expert.
- Troubleshooting and modification in NI Lab view software.
- Troubleshooting and modification in PLC program during machine breakdown.
- Overall breakdown maintenance in shift (3 shift working).
- Expert in electrical element maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
- Programing and teaching of Code reader, Vision sensor, Camera.
- Reduce maintenance cost by identifying repetitive failure.
Your Profile
- Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 6-8 Years of experience relevant experience.
- Experience in Automotive industries.
- Experience in Assembly line.
