Production Planner (m/f/d) Brose Sitech

Your Tasks

  • Planning and coordinating production processes and equipment
  • Leading project management activities, including technical leadership to the project team
  • Managing the overall project budget and ensuring all project objectives are met
  • Designing workstations with a strong focus on ergonomics and occupational safety
  • Preparing technical tender documents/specifications, evaluating supplier proposals and ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Creating and maintaining layout plans (AutoCAD)
  • Evaluating projects and change requests, including feasibility assessments (e.g., manufacturability checks)
  • Setting up new projects in coordination with all relevant interfaces and departments

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics) or a comparable qualification
  • 6–7 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on assembly
  • Strong English skills; German language skills are a plus
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities, along with a high degree of flexibility
  • Willingness to travel internationally for projects
