Your Tasks

Set up of Motor development and Validation team
Ramp up / develop the organization inline with strategic goals from Business unit
Independent planning, control and monitoring of complex product developments
Capacity management with optimal resource planning and deployment of necessary competences
Responsibility to meet KPI’s related to product development and industrialization
Technical responsibility for the assigned product; coordinating the activities of external
development partners / OEMs / suppliers and internal interfaces
Independent development of concepts and presentation internally and externally, implementation
of technical measures for product improvements
Obtaining and evaluating customer and / or market requirements, leading technical directions in
alignment with the technical functions and business unit
Development of specifications for the independent planning, execution and evaluation of test
setups or measurement chains
Definition and implementation of product testing and optimization
Independent systematic analysis of technical problems in product testing and preparation of
corresponding risk assessments, development of problem-solving proposals for deviations during
product testing
