Project Manager - Electronics Development

Your Tasks

  • Lead electronics development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition and planning to successful launch and series production
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring project targets for scope, quality, timing, and cost are achieved
  • Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders
  • Drive technical collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, development partners, and customers, resolving complex technical challenges in electronics development
  • Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and management reviews
  • Coordinate acquisition activities, including the preparation of technical and commercial project proposals
  • Support and evaluate project team performance, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve project profitability, efficiency, and return on investment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in electronics development
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software development processes
  • Solid knowledge of complete electronic systems and product development principles
  • Good understanding of Product Development Process (PDP) methodologies
  • Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
