- Responsibility for the recruiting process for selected specialist and leadership positions in Germany
- Proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, and selection of top talent for senior and executive positions nationally and globally
- Use and further development of sourcing channels (including databases, job boards, social media, and personal networks) to fill specific vacancies
- Qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates through structured telephone interviews, including candidate evaluation and presentation
- Close collaboration with and advisory support for stakeholders across all hierarchical levels
- Continuous monitoring of recruiting and sourcing trends, as well as the design and implementation of new, effective strategies and channels
Your Profile
- Completed degree or comparable qualification, e.g. further training as an HR specialist with several years of experience in recruiting and/or active sourcing
- Ideally, experience in executive search and working with top-level candidates
- Solid experience in creating complex Boolean search strings and confident use of common sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and an independent, structured, and results-driven working style
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience with the applicant tracking system (ATS) SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
