BBC Coburg: Perfect dream start!

BBC Coburg also won its third game in the space of a week in front of a vociferous crowd of 676 in the HUK-COBURG arena and so rounded off a flawless start to the season. In their 98:80 victory over SKYLINERS Juniors from Frankfurt, the club from the western part of Germany again produced an excellent final record (33:19) and so remains top of the ProB South. As in Erfurt two days ago, Coburg's top scorer was shooting guard Dylan Fasoyiro with 23 points. In addition, BBC captain Nico Wenzl shone with 19 points and ten assists with a double-double.

The BBC must now take the momentum and confidence gained from the first three competitive games into the difficult away game in Munich. Patrick Seidel's team will face FC Bayern Basketball II, the next generation of the reigning German champions and currently fifth in the table, next Saturday (October 11).
