Pro B: BBC Coburg remains unbeaten - 7th win in 7th game

BBC Coburg has impressively continued its run of success in the ProB South and also won the top game against Porsche BBA Ludwigsburg by 80:65. With a strong defensive performance - no quarter with more than 19 points scored by the opposing side - the club from Vesta secured its seventh win in its seventh game and so defended its lead in the table.

Dylan Fasoyiro (26 points) and Darius Dawson (21 points) again impressed in offense. Head Coach Patrick Seidel praised in particular the intensive defense, which forced Ludwigsburg to concede 24 turnovers. The free throw percentage of 85% also contributed to the commanding away win.

Despite numerous fouls and interruptions, Coburg kept control of the game. An early barrage of threes and a decisive 7:0 run in the final quarter made the victory perfect. Winger Nico Höllerl even played two games in the space of 24 hours - and both ended in victory.
