Award for Brose plant in Wuhan
At the Supplier Conference 2009 held by the Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. (DPCA) in Wuhan, the Brose facility Wuhan/Hubei Province was honored with the "Special Contribution Award" for consistently good services in quality, technical support and proximity to customers.
"This is both an award and an incentive at the same time. We will do everything we can in future, too, to exceed our customers' expectations,” said a delighted Marc Bourgeois, General Plant Manager in Wuhan.
The company guidelines have been making a significant contribution to the success of Brose for decades. “The award from our customer shows that our employees are living by these principles in their daily work: Initiative and responsibility, communication, cooperation, quality and a willingness to learn – our customers can rely on us providing the best possible service, no matter where they are in the world,” continued Bourgeois.
Brose opened the Wuhan production facility for window lifters in 2007. Customers include Shanghai General Motors and Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile. In future, the range of products made in Wuhan is to be extended by seat and locking systems.
